Refund policy

We have a 30-day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is mainly due to the agreed return and exchange policies between us and our suppliers. 

TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in the original packaging. Once you have received a notification email you may proceed to return or exchange. THE RETURN COSTS PAID AT THE TIME OF SHIPPING WILL BE REIMBURSED FOR REFUNDS.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an approval or rejection email. If you are approved your refund will be processed onto your original method of payment within 15 days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like lingerie, intimates, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), PDF books, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Washed or worn merchandise and gift cards. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
